Hi, I’m Joshua Sorensen, a writer living in Naarm (aka. Melbourne), Australia.

My words have appeared in Kill Your Darlings, Overland Journal, Going Down Swinging, Voiceworks, Archer Magazine, The Suburban Review and Babyteeth Journal, among others.

My fiction was shortlisted for the Stuart and Hadow prize in 2023. In 2025 I was the scholarship recipient for the Faber Writing Academy’s ‘Write a Novel’ class.
